Dimethicone's mechanical action immobilises fleas and ticks, which eventually die. Once the insect is immobilised, the animal can easily get rid of it when it is groomed or brushed by its owner. Dimethicone is a silicone that acts by blocking the respiratory orifices of the parasites. They therefore die by asphyxiation. The mode of action is mechanical and physical. Acts at all stages of life of parasites: eggs, larvae and adult insects.

Directions for use: Pour a pipette between the shoulder blades of your animal, taking care to remain in contact with the skin. The solution is thus quickly and evenly dispersed over the whole body. Then brush the coat to remove the immobilised parasites. Apply 1 pipette once a week. In periods of high parasite risk, the dose can be increased to 2 pipettes per week.

Precautions for use: Keep out of reach of children. External use. Do not use on animals under 8 weeks old. Do not use on sick, convalescent animals or those with extensive skin lesions. Avoid contact with the eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. Store away from heat (over 25°C) and direct sunlight. Store at temperatures above 5°C. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with waste disposal regulations.
