      Rice: There is nothing better than rice for perfect digestion. Many foods produce waste products during metabolism (some of which, like purines, are toxic), and the body must eliminate them at the cost of putting great strain on organs such as the liver and kidneys. Rice does not contain purines, which is a rare occurrence in food.
